1.  Inform

Let your guests know that we will be there! Maybe even tag or name drop us to hype up the experience! Not long ago, at a New Year’s Eve event - we had guests even tell us that they had chosen that specific New Year’s party because The Photo Bus would be there! Long story short - let your people know that we will be in attendance - either they’ll know us and be ecstatic, or they’ll see our name and be intrigued! Either way it’ll mean even more anticipation for your event.

2. Location. Is. Everything.

Make sure your booth is set up in what will be a heavily trafficked area during the event. We can always offer our expertise or opinion if you’re wondering where will be the best! We are more than willing to visit your space to provide guidance and we always encourage our clients to send us an outline or room setup so that we know how best to assist you! Trust us, if your photo booth is in the right location - we’ll have a consistent line of excited photo-boothers.

3. Signage

Most of the time once one group tries the booth - the line begins to form and ends up out of the door. However, depending on where you are able to set up the booth, signage can be important. If we are in an area with twists and turns, make sure your guests know what direction to head in.

4. Ask your guests to share!

Your guests are able to text and email the photos to themselves at the event immediately after taking the photo. We set this system in place so that users would be able to share the fun almost instantly. We have worked many events where the hosts encouraged those in attendance to share their photos. It’s makes for fun user engagement and shows off your event as well!

5. Guest Book Engagement

Many of our booths include a print option. If you’ve booked the Open Air Booth, The Photo Bus, or the Airstream, you automatically receive prints for everyone in the booth. Take it one step further and include a guest book that your attendees can sign. We print an extra photo for the book that everyone can write next to - sharing memories, well wishes, their gratitude, etc. Having a guest book further amps up the experience for your users and leaves you with a memorable, unique keepsake. Win win!
